  2. I STRONGLY DISAGREE.

    No single type of exercise should be considered the one and only way to lose weight.

    Rather I endorse an all over approach to exercise, fitness and losing weight. People need to balance their fitness goals with the right diet, a variety of exercises, and get motivation from a personal trainer if they so desire.
